If you become dissatisfied with our services at any point within the first 30 days of holding a new street name, we will issue a 100% refund of your money unless otherwise specified at, or prior to, the time of purchase.

This would not apply to re-sales of street names bought from other users of the site, only sales, which are new unregistered street names.

Any money you have made during the first 30 days must be returned to us prior to full refund.

Just go to the contact page at the top menus, select "refunds" in the drop down list and enter the details of your street you require a refund on and the PayPal account used to purchase, and we will refund your money within 3 working days.
