Rangers step up Orr interest

Warnock keen on City full-back

We understand Queens Park Rangers are planning a move for Bristol City defender Bradley Orr.

Orr has been a long-term target for R's boss Neil Warnock since he took over at Loftus Road as he looks to lure the full-back away from Ashton Gate.

Warnock is keen to build a side capable of challenging promotion and he sees Orr as a key addition to his squad.

City are reluctant to lose Orr, who has one-year to run on his contract, but could decide to cash-in on him if Rangers make a suitable offer.

Orr has been a vital member of the side at Bristol City since arriving in 2004, but Rangers are hoping to persuade him to make the move to London with a lucrative long-term contract.
