Clark denies QPR Peltier talk Loftus Road, London Middlesex England

Huddersfield manager Lee Clark has flatly denied transfer talk linking defender Lee Peltier with QPR.

The highly-rated right-back is thought to be interesting Hoops boss Neil Warnock as he plots a push for the Premier League.

But Clark insists the Terriers have received no approach for the player, and even if there was to be, Town would be looking for at least £3million for their asset.

Clark told the Huddersfield Examiner: "It's absolute nonsense.

"Nobody at this club has had any contact with anyone from QPR and Lee Peltier's agent has told me he knows nothing about the matter.

"If anyone wants to ask about Lee, we'd start talking at £3million plus add-ons, but even then, we're not interested in selling."
