Red BT Phone boxes being used as toilets at Leicester Square?

I'm in total shock and horror that BT red phone boxes are now being deployed in Leicester Square in the heart of London as mobile toilets!! Surely not!!
I know Leicester Square is always a very busy tourist location but surely proper toilets could be established rather than expecting visitors from all over the world to wait in a queue outside red phone boxes. Especially when BT haven't even blanked out the windows!!
NO privacy for doing the toilet, a number one or two when you're in the red phone box toilets at Leicester Square in the London West End!!! Think we better inform the London Mayor - BORIS - to let him know how BT are trying to make more money from the tourists visiting Leicester Square. I've heard of BT pushing mobile phones but never thought they would be going into the mobile toilet booth market!! Come on BORIS Time to flush BT red phone toilet boxes out of Leicester Square!!
