Notts County have announced the signings of midfielder John Spicer and forward Ben Burgess.
They recently revealed that both Spicer and Burgess were closing in on moves to Meadow Lane.
Spicer
has inked a two-year contract with the League One club after leaving Doncaster Rovers.
He told the club's official website: "I said I didn't want to play for a team that was going to be happy sitting in mid-table and I was assured that was certainly not the case.
"We want to get to the Championship as soon as possible, which is what I aim to do."
Burgess,
meanwhile, arrives for a fee of £525,000 from Blackpool
and has also penned a two-year deal.
The attacker, who scored eight goals last season, said: "I'm really excited, I think I've only played here once, which was about 10 years ago.
"It's a great stadium, the pitch looks really good, obviously I'm happy with everything and I just can't wait."
