Eastham attracting loan interest

We understand MK Dons are chasing Blackpool defender Ashley Eastham.

MK Dons boss Karl Robinson is keen to bolster his squad and he is looking at bringing in some loan players from Premier League clubs.

Highly-rated defender Eastham is believed to be on Robinson's list of targets after impressing during a loan spell at Cheltenham last season.

The 19-year-old is highly-rated at Blackpool and he earned rave reviews during his 20 appearances for Cheltenham last term.

Eastham made his debut for Blackpool in the Carling Cup against Stoke last season and also featured in the Championship win over Peterborough.

It is unknown if Blackpool would be willing to loan out Eastham again as Ian Holloway could decide to keep him as part of his squad with the club yet to strengthen their side with any new signings so far this summer.
